▢4 lb chicken drumettes ▢3/4 cup all-purpose flour ▢1 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes) ▢1 tsp garlic powder ▢2 tbsp baking powder ▢12 oz bottle of hot sauce Crystal’s or Frank’s ▢1/2 cup butter (melted) ▢Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions  STEP - 1

Preheating the oven to 450 degrees. Begin by pressing dry and rinsing the wings (removing any excess fat).

STEP - 2

Subsequently, combine the wings with a pinch of pepper, flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder in a plastic bag. The process of coating chicken wings in flour facilitates their crispiness during baking.

STEP - 3

Spread the wings in a single layer on a greased baking tray lined with foil. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, turning them over halfway through (15 minutes).

STEP - 4

Sauce preparation: Combine 12 ounces of buffalo sauce, a few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, and 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter while the chicken wings bake. The two will be melted together until thoroughly combined and heated.

STEP - 5

After the wings have been broiled, they will be tossed with the sauce and served warm.
