HASH BROWN EGG CUPS RECIPE

Ingredients 

1 20 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes thawed ▢6 eggs ▢1/2 cup milk ▢salt ▢1 tbsp butter ▢8-10 bacon cooked and crumbled ▢1 1/2 cups cheese divided

Instructions  STEP - 1

Preheating the oven to 400 degrees.  

STEP - 2

Thawed hash browns are pressed into twelve greased muffin holes. Ensure that the potatoes are pressed into the pan's bottom and sides. 20 minutes, or until golden brown, should be baked.  

STEP - 3

Melt the butter while the potatoes simmer, then stir in the eggs, milk, and salt; cook until the potatoes are nearly tender and no liquid remains. Cook the diced bacon and 1 cup of the cheese for an additional minute.  

STEP - 4

After placing egg mixture into potato receptacles and topping with cheese, bake for an additional 5 minutes. After 5 to 10 minutes of cooling, remove from muffin cups.  

STEP - 5

Brown egg cups with hash are an inventive and delectable way to combine two delectable breakfast dishes. These would be an ideal addition to a brunch gathering with family and friends.
